Fitness and exercise can suck and if you don't have the right approach, you will end up failing. Everyone is busy with either work, school, kids or all of the above. Life happens. But that's why we're here, to help each other. We're no experts by any means, just regular people with busy lives, but we do our best to maintain a healthy lifestyle. You'll find things that personally worked for us and things that didn't so you can learn from our mistakes without wasting your time doing it yourself. Again, we have no formal training or certification so use your own judgement before starting anything.

The goal is simple, to be the best you. To keep pushing yourself to get better. Never stop improving.

Vanilla Ice said it best, "Drop that zero and get with the hero."
